Our Box office is open Thursday-Saturday 12pm-5pm; as well as One hour prior to all performances.

Online sales available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Tickets purchased online may be picked up at Will Call before the performance.
We accept cash, check, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.
Ticket prices may be subject to change at any time.
The first two performances of each Main Series production are preview performances. Previews are public performances preceding the official opening that allow the director and crew to identify problems and opportunities for improvement that weren’t found during the audience-free rehearsals. Ticket prices are often reduced during the preview period.
Content Advisories & Children
Most of STC’s shows are suitable for all ages, although some productions may hold the attention of young children better than others. Please check each show description for our recommendation, or contact us if you have questions about a specific show’s content. Children under four will not be admitted to Main Series, Cabaret Series, or Holiday productions. Children under four may be admitted to Youth Series productions, with the exception of babes in arms. All guests must have a ticket. Any disruptive behavior will merit a request for the child to be taken out of the theatre.
Curtain times are prompt. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager. Please be advised that for some productions, especially in the Pollock Stage, there is no late seating due to the nature of the play.
Recording Devices & Telephones
Photography and recording devices of any kind are prohibited. Patrons must silence cell phones and other noise-making devices upon entering the theatre.
Food & Beverage
Outside food and drink are not permitted, but concessions are available for purchase in STC’s lobbies.
Wheelchair access and seating is available in all of STC’s venues. Assisted listening devices are available for productions in the Main Stage. Signed performances for the hearing impaired are offered; inquire at the Box Office for the current schedule. Please inform the Box Office of any special needs when placing your order.

STC offers complimentary exchanges for subscribers. A fee of $2.00 per ticket will apply to exchanges made by single ticket buyers. STC requires 24 hours notice for any exchange requests. Requests may be made by email by contacting Audience Services or by calling the Box Office at (916) 443-6722. Exchanges will require the original purchaser’s name, phone number, and/or email address, date of performance, number of tickets, and desired alternate performance. Patrons will receive a confirmation of their exchange by email or return telephone call. STC reserves the right to refuse requests made less than 24 hours in advance of the original performance time.
Subscription Handling Fee: A $5.00 per order handling fee applies to all subscription purchases.
Mailing Fee: A $5.00 per order mailing fee applies to all mailed individual ticket purchases. Tickets can be held at Will Call for pickup for no charge.
Online Convenience Fee: A $2.00 per ticket convenience fee applies to tickets purchased at tickets.sactheatre.org.
All Main Stage and Pollock Stage ticket prices include a $2.50 per ticket Facility Fee and a $.50 per ticket Restoration Fee.
