Signing up for one of our courses involves two steps:
1. Complete and submit the below form (after our policies listed below). Please make sure you fill out all required fields. You will receive a copy of your responses via email. If you have any problems, please email our Education Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Pay for the course.
For payments for our programs, please use the red BUY TICKETS tab at the top right-hand corner of our website.
Due to limited class size, a student’s space cannot be held without receipt of the ENTIRE PAYMENT. The enrollment fee will be returned if the class is full and the applicant cannot be admitted.
DISMISSALS: Any students whose behavior is deemed inappropriate by the STC staff will be given one warning and a parent notification. After that, he or she will be dismissed from the course with no refund.
REFUND POLICY: Our refund policy is designed to discourage last-minute cancellations and to help families on the waiting list. Requests for refund of program fees must be made 14 days prior to the first day of the course. NO TUITION REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER THIS TIME. During the course, there is no refund for student illness, missed days, vacation, withdrawal, or if a student is dismissed by teachers. Please allow ten working days to process refunds. If withdrawal and tuition refund is requested prior to the refund deadline (14 days before the course), a $50.00 processing fee will be subtracted from the total refund.
