Synopsis

Sacramento Theatre Company is gearing up for the final production of our 2017-2018 season of Fate, Fantasy, and Forgiveness, Man of La Mancha.  In honor of that, we are holding a month long Fiesta!  Join Sacramento Theatre Company every Saturday during the month of April for a special event for the community.  While all events are free to the public, RSVP’s are required.  To RSVP, please contact Bridget Styles at adminasst@sactheatre.org, or (916) 446-7501 ext. 100.  If you attend any of these events, you will be able to purchase tickets to Man of La Mancha for $25.  Call to find out more information!

 

April 14, 2018

On Saturday, April 14 STC has partnered with Casa de Español and Raphael Delgado for a craft bazaar.  It will be held from 2:00pm – 4:00pm, and is open for families to come and learn more about the programs that STC and Casa de Español have to offer.  Members of Casa de Español will be making a craft with the kids.  Materials for the craft are donated by Raphael Delgado.  We will also be holding a drawing for all those in attendance to win a Family 4-Pack of tickets to Man of La Mancha.

 

April 21, 2018

Miguel Bota will be joining STC on Saturday, April 21 for the opening night of Man of La Mancha.  He will be speaking on the uniqueness and relevance of the novel, Don Quixote, on which Man of La Mancha is based.  Join us from 4:30pm – 6:00pm for some light refreshments, the talk, and a Q&A session with Miguel Bota.  We will also be holding a drawing for all those in attendance to win a pair of tickets to any STC production from now until May, 2019.

The events will finish up on Saturday, April 28 from 4:30pm – 6:00pm with a Flamenco dance class.  For this class STC has partnered with Sacramento Arte Flamenco which was established in 2003 to provide encouragement, support, and stability to the Flamenco Arts through promotion, workshops, classes, apprenticeships, and performances for the region’s emerging Flamenco community.  We will also be holding a drawing for all those in attendance to win a pair of tickets to any STC production from now until May, 2019.
