Join us for this introduction to acting with local artist Brooklynn T. Solomon. You’ll explore the basics of character development, script analysis, and working with a scene partner. You’ll also delve into choosing a monologue. We hope you’ll join us for this brand new class!
Classes take place on Tuesdays from 5:30-7:30pm at Sacramento Theatre Company. Classes begin on August 3rd and ends on September 14th with a final performance for friends and family. The full 7-week session is $250.

About Brooklynn T. Solomon:
Brooklynn T. Solomon is a graduate of Sacramento State University, earning her BA in theatre. Recent virtual credits include Celebration Arts’ Spell #7 (Maxine) and Polar Bears, Black Boys & Prairie Fringed Orchids (Shameka) and Art Rat Theatre’s Callus. Her recent live credits include Sacramento Theatre Company’s When We Were Colored (Ginger), Celebration Arts’ A Raisin in the Sun (Ruth), Sunset Baby (Nina), Stick Fly (Taylor), The Bluest Eye (Claudia) and Bourbon at the Border (May), and Big Idea Theatre’s Skeleton Crew (Shanita) and Booty Candy. Brooklynn is excited to join the teaching artist team here at Sacramento Theatre Company and share her love of this magical craft!
