Founded by Eleanor McClatchy whose inspiration and support made Sacramento Theatre Company a reality, the Sacramento Theatre Company Mainstage seats 300 patrons in a proscenium auditorium. There are three sections to the auditorium with each seat bringing audience members a clear view of the stage. The acoustics are excellent. The mainstage also includes a spacious remodeled lobby that offers concessions and a bar that serves a variety of beers and wines. Sacramento Theatre Company's Stage Two is a 90-seat black box theatre in which theatregoers experience live theatre on the most intimate level possible. Providing only three rows of seats the audience is thrust into the action on stage.
