House manager

Sacramento Theatre Company (STC) seeks a part time House Manager to join our Operations team. Relevant, professional experience, education, and a clear understanding of Front of House Theatre process is needed. The House Manager is in charge of FOH operations for performances at STC’s multiple venues. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, the ability to solve problems efficiently, and the ability to supervise volunteer usher staff.  Must be available some weekdays, early weeknights, and weekends, late September thru May. Hair and Wig technician

Sacramento Theatre Company (STC) is seeking a Hair and Wig Technician to join our team for the production of Steel Magnolias. The position begins on October 9th and continues through December 9th, with the possibility of extending through December 16th. Relevant professional hair/wig styling experience, education, and a clear understanding of the theatre production and rehearsal processes is needed. Teaching Artists

STC’s School of the Arts is seeking passionate Teaching Artists to act as Director, Musical Director, Choreographer, or Stage Manager for a production at one of our partnering schools with our School Partnership Program (SPP). SPP establishes in-school residencies in the Sacramento area to introduce students to the skills and practice of live theatre as well as gives experienced students a place to further develop their skills in theatre production.
