Technical Theatre Program

This 10-month program for students ages 12-18 will focus on training for a career in technical theatre, includings stage management, design, shop management, and all technical elements of producing a professional play. Students will be taught by professionals in the industry and will be assigned to technical departments of the Sacramento Theatre Company (including costumes, props, scenic, scenic art, stage management, and production management) on a rotating basis. Entrance to the Technical Theatre Program is by interview.
