STC Wells Fargo Box Office
Gift Cards – Share the gift of live theatre with friends and family. Gift cards are available in any denomination and can be used for available performances. Purchase gift cards at the STC Wells Fargo box office or let the recipient know there’s a special STC gift waiting for them at STC Wells Fargo box office.
**Group Tickets – STC invites groups of 12 or more to shows at a discounted rate. Please contact group sales at 916.446.7501 x120 for more details.
Rush Tickets – When available, rush tickets (half price tickets) go on sale 30 minutes prior to show time. Tickets are available at the STC Wells Fargo box office. Rush ticket discounts apply only to regularly priced tickets.
*Student Tickets – Student tickets are available at a reduced rate to children and college students with a valid proof of enrollment. To learn more about STC’s student theatre outreach programs, visit STC’s School of the Arts.
Metered street parking is available for free after 6 p.m. in most locations, and on Sundays. The Memorial Garage Parking structure is located at the corner of 15th and H.

Refunds – Sorry, tickets are non-refundable.
Ticket Exchanges – Pending availability, tickets can be exchanged for a different performance of the same production with 24 hours of the original date and time. A $2.00 per ticket exchange fee is required for all non-subscribers. All tickets must be returned to the STC Wells Fargo box office prior to 24 hours before the show.
Fees – A $5.00 handling fee applies for all charge-by-phone, mail-in and subscription orders.
Late Seating – There is absolutely no late seating for Stage Two productions due to the nature of the venue. Latecomers to Mainstage productions will be seated at the first appropriate interval determined by the house manager.
Cameras and Recorders – Recording devices of any kind are not permitted in our theatres due to union regulations.
Children – Children under four (4) years of age are not permitted into the theatre except during productions that specifically appeal to young children, such as our holiday show. Any disruptive behavior will merit a request for the child to be taken out of the seating area.
Special Seating & Accommodations – STC offers special seating arrangements to our patrons with disabilities. Please inform the box office of any special needs when placing your order.
